Delivery Costs

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of £49 per order. However, orders over £500 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 working day of purchase.

Deliveries typically take between 3 and 7 days from the date of processing.

Delivery Details

Kerbside Delivery Only: All deliveries will be made to the nearest accessible kerbside at the delivery address. The driver is not responsible for carrying goods inside your property. Please ensure you have made arrangements to move your order inside upon arrival.

We deliver across mainland UK. If you are located in a remote area, please contact us before placing an order to confirm delivery availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Charges

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the order, an incorrect delivery address, or other factors outside of our control, a redelivery charge will apply.

Redelivery Charge:

• If your original order included the £49 delivery fee, this will be charged again for redelivery.
• If your order qualified for free delivery, a redelivery fee of £49 will apply.

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date.
